Vinegar – Vinaigre De Medine

Launched in 1926, the Medine Distillery is the pioneer in the field of the production of  vinegar in Mauritius. Located in a small place in the heart of the sugar estate of Medine, the distillery produces up to 3,600 bottles of vinegar per day (white or red, alternating, depending on demand).
